Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions
As it’s cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon until it starts to crisp
Stir in the onion and cook for a further 3-4 minutes
Add the garlic and paprika, and cook for another minute or so
Pour in the chopped tomatoes, bring to the boil and bubble for ten minutes, or until the sauce is thick enough for your liking. Give it a stir every so often to stop it from sticking.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce
Add the grated cheese, and enjoy!
