Two Ingredient Pancakes

Two Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker, or oyu could mash them up really well with a fork
  2. Heat a small pan with a little oil
  3. Add half the mixture to the pan, wait until the one side cooks and then flip
  4. Do the same with the other half and there you go, a couple of two ingredient pancakes!
  5. Serve with some maple syrup, some honey, some fresh fruit, or whatever you feel like.
